I have used them several times. I would use them every six months for a while. They did a pretty good job. I have pets, and pets is a hard thing to do. I would self clean myself in between and spot clean. It just seemed like the carpets would looked cleaned when they left, but within a few weeks those spots would come back up. I don't know if it's them or not, but what I ended up doing was buying a carpet cleaner myself and picking up those spots immediately, and spot clean myself and then I got somebody else to do the cleaning. It's not really a criticism towards them as much as that I needed to clean up those spots with something that soaked it up instead of just spraying liquid and rubbing and leaving the soak there. They were ok. I just thought that maybe they were not getting the pet urine spots and vomit up as well as I thought.

We have used CCC for years and they always do a great job. They make scheduling easy and are always on time. The crew is courteous, professional, conscientious, helpful, and efficient. Their work is excellent. The carpets look great -- even if they are 15 years old. We've never used anyone else. We've also had them clean rugs (at our house) and oriental rugs (at their facility). We were very pleased.

These guys did a great job after a flood at our house. The had to first get rid of the nasty pad and carpet which was wet and had been ruined. They did the installation after a drying out period so there would be no problems down the line. I recommend them as reliable and well versed in their work. The work was covered by the insurance.

THE PEOPLE WHO INSTALLED OUR CARPET DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I WOULD NOT MIND HAVING THEM BACK IN MY HOME FOR MORE WORK. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND WE HAD NO PROBLEMS.
