Jeff is a perfectionist.  He is very precise in the work that he does.  The dog door (Patio Pacific double panel) was not the easiest to install, complicated by some chair rail issues.  Jeff framed the door to allow the necessary clearance.  The front gutter never drained completely.  Now it does.  (And it is a good thing he decided to rehang it since that exposed a fascia issue that had not been corrected / discovered years ago when other work had been done by someone else.) He also rehung the crawlspace door and added a barrel latch to ensure it closed with no gaps.

Overall I was pleased with the work Jeff performed.  He is a fount of knowledge as well and I got good tips on other issues I was going to handle myself.

We have used his services in the past too. The price charged by him was definitely reasonable. He is very meticulous about his work and he is very congenial. If need be, then I would definitely use his services in the future too.

Originally hired Jeff to replace a ceiling fan/light. That went so well I hired him to replace the cranking mechanisms on 3 casement windows. He found the correct hardware, ordered it and installed it. Very professional, dependable, clean and efficient. Always on time.
