 + -1 moreI called at 9 am on December 28 to inquire about making my DVD copies. Bob Collier, the owner, was in his office for just a short time (staff was given this week off for the holidays), but said he would wait around for me to get there. We talked about the service and price and he said he would see if he could work on them that week. He called me the next day to verify which parts of each tape that I wanted copied, then at 9:30 am on December 30 he called to tell me they were done. I was on my way to an appointment in north Raleigh and asked if I could come after, around noon. He was more than agreeable and I met him then to pick up DVDs. Bob is very knowledgable and personable and I recommend him highly.
Description of Work: Copied two very valuable copies of family VHS tapes (the only ones we have left) to DVD.

 + -1 moreI got next day service, and the copies were high quality. I have had other duplications done at this business, and they have a very quick turnaround. They have other services, but I have no experience with those. The husband & wife owners are very personable and courteous.
Description of Work: I had two VHS copies made from a mini-digital videotape, which I had made with my home camcorder. The more copies you have made, the less you will pay PER COPY.
