I called at 9 am on December 28 to inquire about making my DVD copies. Bob Collier, the owner, was in his office for just a short time (staff was given this week off for the holidays), but said he would wait around for me to get there. We talked about the service and price and he said he would see if he could work on them that week. He called me the next day to verify which parts of each tape that I wanted copied, then at 9:30 am on December 30 he called to tell me they were done. I was on my way to an appointment in north Raleigh and asked if I could come after, around noon. He was more than agreeable and I met him then to pick up DVDs. Bob is very knowledgable and personable and I recommend him highly.

I got next day service, and the copies were high quality. I have had other duplications done at this business, and they have a very quick turnaround. They have other services, but I have no experience with those. The husband & wife owners are very personable and courteous.
