It went very well despite unforeseen circumstances. I was pleased with the final result.Renewabuild works with competent and professional individuals who made sure that I was satisfied each step of the way. The project manager oversaw all activities and provided excellent ongoing communication and assisted me in making decisions along the way.

We'd been watching a little too much HGTV and had all kinds of ideas for updating our first floor. Russell and Suzanne were very patient and helpful. They offered guidance, insights, and solutions that allowed us to zero in on what we really wanted and needed. We are delighted with the quality of the work and the beauty of our finished renovation!

Russel did a ground up remodel of our master bathroom, including a rearrangement of the floor plan. Working with him and the team was smooth and they really cared about giving us the best results for what we asked for. Even during the build, changes were made and everything was discussed in full with pros and cons. Overall, things went very smooth and even the little things that pop up during any remodel were handled professionally and creatively. Quality was always first.

We would highly recommend RenewaBuild if you are considering a kitchen remodel. They were extremely easy to work with and fully transparent during the process. We were living overseas during the entire design and planning phase and for half of the construction. Russell and Suzanne were very responsive to our questions and needs, effectively communicated with us through email and phone conversations, and streamlined the selection process with photos and recommendations. They kept us updated on the progress and took the time to re-assess the project and suggest changes as needed during construction. We love our kitchen and have been extremely pleased with the carpet and paint jobs as well.

Absolutely wonderful!! I don't have enough great words to describe Russell, Matt and Suzanne (and the rest if the team). We had a great plan in place; however, the few time when I was not completely on board, they went out of their way to fix / change the design to accommodate my "desire" and the needs of our son who has Autism, all while adhering to the deadlines. I'm extremely impressed and I will have them back in 2 years to do our kitchen

Everything went smoothly, very well, and the work was finished way ahead of schedule. We never felt like there was a perceivable gap between jobs---as soon as materials were available the work proceeded. Russell and Suzanne were wonderful to work with, and it was so great having Suzanne there as a designer to help with the design layout of the kitchen and picking out all the materials, paint colors, lighting, and advice on appliances. Not all contractors, actually none in my experience, have designers available to help with the entire process. Russell was so knowledgeable and meticulous in the best way. Russell and Suzanne spent a lot of time at their initial visit to give a free estimate, and they suggested a wonderful new layout for our kitchen which we ended up doing, and it turned out great! Their tilers did a wonderful job fixing our bathroom floor and making our bathroom look like new with the new ceramic tile they installed. All of their teams were a pleasure to work with and highly professional. Their work was outstanding! The only thing I could recommend to Russell and his teams is that when someone is on their way to do work at the home it would be great just to get a text that they're on their way, especially when someone isn't necessarily expected that day. Overall, I highly recommend Renewabuild!

Russell and his team were fantastic from the very beginning! They were upfront, all the costs were clear, we felt like a team, they were flexible and they were very open to any and all ideas we had. Their work is beautiful and flawless and they take pride in every single thing they do in your home. We are bringing them back for our next project, a wine cellar!

They did high quality work and were in communication with me during the whole process. Russell also went through the house with me and identified future remodeling projects. I really appreciated his creative solutions to the architectural challenges the house provided and his no pressure style.

From initial meeting to final walk-through, Russell and his team were great to work with. The job started and stayed on schedule. Suzanne was very helpful in guiding us through the design and choices of tile, fixtures, etc. (all while staying within our budget). During the job, the work site was kept as clean as possible and surfaces/areas that were not worked on were protected. We are thrilled with how the bathroom turned out. It's beautiful and functional - it's the nicest room in the house! :) When our budget allows, we will definitely hire Renewabuild again.

It was a great experience working with Renewabuild. Russell and Suzanne make a great team. They listen to what you need and they work with your budget. They make great suggestions and Russell is an awesome carpenter. We had a different contractor already scheduled but they had to cancel last minute due to a family emergency. We wanted the renovation complete before we moved into our new home but didn't think anyone could do it in time. Luckily we found Renewabuild and they were able to work on the island despite their busy schedule. I appreciated that they protected the floors and everything around the project. They used a dust suction machine that kept the area neat. They also cleaned up very nicely after everything was finished. They made sure we were happy with the work before they took the last payment. We have more projects in the house so we'll definitely be calling them again in the near future.

A few months before our baby was due, a few tiles in our Master Shower had fell through revealing mold in the drywall behind it. It needed to be pulled out and all of the tile/drywall completely replaced. We got a few quotes from a few different companies, but Russell and Suzanne were the only ones who walked us through the process of mold remediation, and then called back to follow up. They also were the only ones willing to help us out sooner rather than later--which was a big deal because that baby was coming and we needed our bathroom back! Everyone else was booked out until the summer, and Renewabuild pushed and pulled their schedule to fit us in, something we really appreciated. They were thoughtful, and in constant contact with us. My kids were excited to see Matt every morning and would frequently check in on his progress. All of the workers/contractors were respectful and kept the workspace very clean. Very happy with our beautiful bathroom.

We met with a few contractors prior to selecting RenewaBuild. What set them apart was the interior design aspect, which we really needed. Other contractors didn’t offer any help with selection of styles, colors, etc. Suzanne (interior designer) was very helpful with that. Russell and Suzanne both took the time to meet with us to review the scope of work and estimates in detail, and kept us updated on the timeline and progress throughout the job. They showed up as scheduled, and did a nice job keeping the work area clean after each day. It is obvious that they take pride in their work and want to do a great job. Matt was professional and friendly as well, and the entire team communicated with us throughout the project to ensure that we were satisfied. The work was completed efficiently and with high quality. We feel it was well worth the cost. We will think of RenewaBuild first for any future project.
