Provider came out to give estimate on a weekend day as that was the only convenient time for me. I showed him all the areas that needed rotted wood repaired/replaced and received an estimate that was broken into chunks of work so I could prioritize and choose what I wanted to do and when. I chose to have carpentry work done on two rotted front porch rails and spindles plus 6 windows that were in bad shape, leaking and had rotted windowsills as well as have a rotted front corner of the house/fascia rebuilt. Once the work was underway, we learned that there was significant prior water and ant damage on the window job, causing wallboard damage and saturated insulation. We agreed on additional time and materials to repair the extra damage. The crew worked diligently until the jobs were complete, they cleaned up thoroughly and did a high quality job. They worked past dark and on a weekend day to complete the job. I am very pleased with the job that was done and will definitely have them do future projects. I appreciate that the job was done properly, will last a very long time and was an excellent investment. The crew took a lot of pride in their work.
