They sprayed on the scheduled date, but they were not very thorough. They spent on average 15 minutes on a half acre yard. Other companies spent around 30-45minutes. I noticed other companies sprayed extra heavy under the decks, up in the trees, and in bushes. This company was very hasty and as a result we saw mosquito's again in just a week after treatment (after not seeing them all summer with other companies). I put "good customer service" because when i called to complain, they sent a tech back out to spray again. However, it didn't make much difference and we continued to have mosquito's until the season was over.

It went very well. Phone staff was very courteous. Technician - very, very thorough. Am using this Booth Exterminators regularly now.

We just purchased a home with a lot of trees all around and a definite need for pest control...nothing out of the ordinary, but we just wanted to make sure we were the only residents upon mov in. They worked with my schedule and arrived exactly on time. The man that did the spraying was very thorough inside and out. He told me how to help prevent pest infestation by cleaning gutters and trimming trees, and he went over every inch both inside and out.

It went great. They did a good job. We've been using them off and on for years and they're really good and very reliable. I just know it's reasonable. They get out in a very timely manner and their prices are fair and they do a very thorough job. They get out quickly which is good for us since it's a rental property.

It was well. He was very friendly. He cleaned up each time. There was a screen that was falling apart and he replaced that. I have them quarterly.
