This realtor represented my builder, was MIA, didn’t help with any of the issues and ignored all emails and requests. I would never work with them on either side buyer or seller ever again. And they don’t recommend Inspecrions or advice properly. They took commission and ran. Awful experience. Do not work with them unless you want to be totally abandoned after contracting. I have worked with many realtors and by far the worst experience.

He's very professional and he's found a buyer for my house super fast. He's been working very, very hard with my mortgage company to get everything approved, and I'm very pleased with what he's done. The reason I gave him B for responsive is I'm between states, and sometimes it's hard for him to catch up with me because of the time difference.
