Alternative Power along with Bitting Electric coordinated everything with their crew(s) along with Duke power, permits, inspection process. They returned after install to put in backordered wifi board. Its been working great this past year, each week self testing runs have all worked. Most recently with hurricane Ian passing thru ,our neighborhood was without power and it ran flawlessly for 40+ straight hours from Friday 9/30/22 evening at 6pm till 10:30am Sunday morning 10/2/22 when power returned.

Signed contract to have work done. They inspected and said I needed a part to complete work. Never came back. Called them twice to please come complete repair. Sent an email. No phone or email replies. Hurricane coming tomorrow and we have no generator. We have paid for service. My wife and I are 81 years old.

Everyone was great. Wayne did a timely estimate and was a great contact for questions. Electric crew and plumbing crew was great changing my electric panel and breakers, running the natural gas line and installing generator. Top notch!

Great salesman. Scheduling office too busy; I was told they'd contact me--I had to call them twice. Start-up engineer was knowledgeable, but talked too fast. Good product, operates as represented.

Ensure the scheduling office knows what County you live in and know when the inspection office schedule so they can inspect to put the system into operation after the install.

They reacted quickly and found that the generator was OK. I just had the RPM set too high which disturbed my PC battery backup systems. It is that kind of honesty that builds loyal customers.

Bitting Electric did a great job explaining the process, coordinating all the contractors, and ultimately getting the generator installation completed. Complications arose with timing due to Duke Energy failing to meet the appointment time to disconnect and reconnect power, but Bitting told me that worst case scenario, they would bring a generator out to the house and keep us up and running overnight until Duke arrived. Fortunately, Duke came out last minute and did what was needed. After the generator was installed and Duke turned the power back on, there was a problem with the power in the house. Light switches suddenly operated outlets they never operated, and the lights were all fluctuating sporadically. I called Bitting to let them know, and they arrived within 30 minutes to discover the problem and had us back on our feet in no time. I was very impressed with the response time and the customer service. A week or so ago, our power went out for the first time since installing the generator. Me and my family sat and counted to five. We heard the generator spin up, and the house came back to life. We all cheered like an elementary school class that our new generator worked like a charm. Great product, great service, great results.

Very professional,customer service oriented, and great follow-up.

I received overall great customer satisfaction from the electrician. He responded quick on a Saturday with bad weather, was efficient and courteous.

The way to do it is is using just using one contractor to arrange all of the steps and details, etc

Very satisfied with the project from start to finish. They showed up when they said they would and were very professional all through the entire process.

I object to the $95 "travel time" - just to get to my house. MANY other service organizations charge for the time AT the house actually doing something. That said, the repair tech (Robert) was very personable, knowledgeable, competent, and paid great attention to detail - on of the best tech I have met - probably due in part to his military background.
