Excellent in every way!

Great- rebooked for the next month

They were very quick. It was not very thorough. It was very quick, inefficient and pricey. I wouldn't have minded the cost. I had other groomers with these dogs. I think she was done in maybe two and a half hours and other groomers have taken four hours with my dogs.

Great! I have an older cat with medium length fur. She no longer bathes herself as well as she used to and she had a lot of loose fur and flakes. I adopted her when she was 3 and I'm not she's ever had a bath, so I was a bit worried. I asked Jaclyn if I could join her in the truck so I could ask questions and see how she handled the cat, in case I get brave in the future and try to bathe her myself. Jaclyn knew how to handle the cat so that she was amazingly calm while her nails were trimmed, ears cleaned, and the equivalent of 2 additional cats were brushed off of her. My cat did not like the drying part, but Jaclyn was extremely patient and continued to dry her. This was good because fur was still flying off. My cat is beautiful and happy! She looks like she had a fur-cut and her coat is even darker. She's been purring like crazy and wanting to be pet. Anyway, great experience. I have a rejuvenated cat!

It went great! Spike (my dog) loved his groomer! They were right on time and finished according to their projected schedule. I was very pleased with the service and will use again.

It went great. They came on time. My dog (1 year old) hand never been groomed before and they were friendly with her and put her at ease. They were done in about 30 minutes: bathing, grooming (short hair), nail trimming, trimming hair between toes and clean the anal glands.

The service was great.   Our dog just recently began growing hair after 7 years and does not like being groomed.  Aussie Pet Mobile made the little guy look like a rock star.  They are somewhat on the expensive side, but the attention to detail and personal care make it worth the extra price.  I would recommend Aussie Pet Mobile to anyone wanting to have their pet groomed.

Fast and efficient. Dog was not tortured like they do at Petsmart
Every groom was perfect. Dog was thrilled with every experience.

Cheyenne arrived on time and began to get to know my dog. It was his first time being groomed by her and he doesn't care for baths. She was patient and gentle with him and gave him her full attention. She did a great job of washing and cutting him. I was extremely pleased! The cost was fine. She pulled into my driveway and in two hours my little man was handsome, smelling good and back in his bed. We plan to be a regular!

Barb is the one who grooms our older dog. We rate her very high. Their coming to our house is what stands out the most. We have a dog that is very sensitive and requires special handling and they do great work with him. Barb is amazing with our dog. When she brings the dog back, our dog is not stressed.

Terrible customer service response. Called at least seven times and emailed with no response on scheduling. There are many other services locally that neighbors recommend. Multiple neighbors stopped using this service for the same reason.

Very convenient. I love that they come to me. I also love that my dog gets one on one attention. Not as traumatic for him. It is pretty expensive but it is worth it.

I was permitted in the van to watch b/c I couldn't believe my 15 yr old cat, who won't let me scissor out a mat w/o screaming, would let someone/stranger shave him down to his skin (he's long haired). He was a dream! We chatted the whole time and my cat was relaxed and well-behaved. The Groomer, Kim, was personable and competent. I think her self confidence and professional manner in handling my cat made all the difference in the world. She was gentle yet confident in what she was doing. She was able to maneuver him around when he got tired of being messed with or got defensive of his tail. Kim was a consummate professional. She told me that they also go to Assisted Living and special care facilities to take care of and quot;community petsand quot; which I thought was very nice.
My cat looks great, was not stressed out and I was comfortable that he was in good hands! While the price was high, it was worth not having to load up him up and stress him out with a round-trip car ride (which he hates). Now that he's shaved, I will take care to comb him regularly so he doesn't get into bad shape again (it's an age thing - cats stop grooming themselves when they become elderly or sick).
