We were very pleased with our experience with Ange construction during
the build process and the customer service we received after settlement.
Elton and Rusty Ange worked closely with us to ensure that our specific
needs were met in terms of making modifications to existing plans. We
purchased an unusually shaped lot, that was close to the neighboring
home - and were very pleased with the way that they seated the home to
maximize the view and minimize the feeling of being too close to the
house next door. Elton's  attention to the  framing and architectural
detail surpasses every other builder we have used - and we have built 4
other homes!
They built us a home of superior quality, at a price
that  was good for builder of their level and reputation - and they
were professional all the way.

This builder also known as Ange Signature Homes/Ange Construction is a father and son team who contracts all their work out. Shortly after they were in possession of my rather large non-refundable deposit towards the purchase of my home, the "nightmare" with this builder began. Most of my contact was primarily with the son, Rusty, who turned out to be "frightfully " confrontational and seriously unprofessional in his demeanor. Prior to signing the sales Contract, he made many false promises which where nothing but lies. He was also very difficult during the construction process which was frought with problems too numerous to mention. To further compound an already bad situation, this builder happily took my money at closing, and has not honored any of his contractual guarantees/warranties. Thereby causing me to incur the cost of repairs for which they are responsible In summary, I would never want someone else to endure the physical and financial hardship that this builder has created for my family and I. So beware!
