 + -1 moreWe've used Jeff Speer over the past few years to refinance our mortgages with no cost to us. We have refinanced multiple times to lower our interest rate. In each case, Jeff did a wonderful job in handling all of the details for us, and every single one of the loans closed on time. With just a little bit of work on our end to produce the documentation, he handled all of the other details, with very few surprises. They did what they claimed -- a refinance where they paid all of the closing costs. We definately recommend doing business with Jeff.
