AES Lending is a dba of ResMac, Inc., which is licensed in over a dozen states and is based in Boca Ratton, Florida. We sell directly to Fannie Mae which allows us to better control the mortgage experience for our clients. AES Lending has in-house processing and underwriting which allows us to have better turn times and more consistent underwriting for our clients. AES Lending is committed to giving our clients the best customer service along with competitive rates and fees in our industry. We are able to help our clients with their Primary Residence, Second Home, or Investment Property. AES Lending is able to provide financing for Single Family Residences, Duplexes to Quadplexes, Condos, Townhouses, and working farms. We have Fixed Rate, Adjustable Rate, and Interest Only loans.
