I called John on a Sunday and got an immediate response. We discussed the fact this was a college apartment and didn't want to damage the lock/door. He felt 90% confident he'd be able to get us in without having to drill. He was able to come over within 15 minutes and, true to his word, he had us in 5 minutes after that. John is a highly competent locksmith and the first number I will call for locksmith services in the Raleigh area.
