Excellent! I don't recall his name, but the person who picked us up was prompt, friendly, and the van was very clean. He verified the details of pickup the night before our 3:45 AM pickup, and again when he was almost to our house. I highly recommend!

Mike was EXCELLENT. He worked with me the night before to get a cab scheduled for the next day. I made it complicated by not having a phone contact for my parents so he had to go through me and he worked with that anomaly. He was professional, kind, and thoughtful on the call. He gave me all the details about the pick up and when he was running just a few minutes late he called and let me know. My parents enjoyed their ride home and had a nice chat with Mike about all things, including politics :)! Thanks Mike!

I enjoyed my cab ride this morning. My driver was prompt and pleasant, and the car was nice and clean. We chatted some and the driver was kind enough to wait (without any prompting) to make sure that I got inside okay because it was so early in the morning. Will definitely go with this service again!

We had a scheduled RDU flight departure in which we needed a 4:30 am pickup. High ratings and excellent reviews helped us decide on AAction Taxi and we weren't disappointed! We submitted a pickup request a couple days prior to trip and it was confirmed within 2 hrs with full disclosure of fare pricing. Fares were very competitive with large taxi companies which offered mixed reviews regarding timeliness, no-shows, etc. Follow-up confirmation day before flight was nice touch, the car arrived about 5 minutes prior to requested time and we arrived at RDU without a hitch. Car was clean and driver Michael (owner) was very professional and pleasant. Day before our return flight with a midnight arrival, we scheduled a pickup at RDU and once again received speedy confirmation. As part of the request, we were asked our flight # and ETA so that the driver that evening, Omar, could tracked the flight (which was delayed and then some time was made up in the air). Upon arrival, we had a text message indicating that once we collected our baggage, we should proceed to zone 15 and look for specific vehicle type & color which should be waiting or within minutes of arrival. All in all, AAction Taxi removed huge stressors of getting to the airport on time for early am flight departure and then chauffeured us home after a long day of travel without any issues. Highly recommend!!!

He arrived 2 or 3 minutes early. I like punctuality especially when I have an mid-day flight out of RDU. Very courteous, friendly but not too talkative which I like when I have last minute work to concentrate on during the ride to the airport. Fare was reasonable for this type of service. High recommendations for this company.

(Price) I actually don't know. They did what they said they would do. He (the driver) was nice, he was a nice guy. It took 20 minutes or so.

The taxi service was punctual and professional. They kept me updated on their ETA on both trips. The cost is on the high side, but if you are out of town for over 5 days it is cheaper than parking at RDU's main lot.
