 + -1 moreMark was very punctual coming the next morning to discuss a possible remodel. He spent an extended amount of time talking with me about what I wanted/needed to be done in a remodel. After looking at what was to be done, he explained that all the work would still probably involve more hidden expenses since the house was 60 years old. He left knowing that I would probably not proceed with the remodel, but said that he would be happy to help with any project that I might have in the future.
Description of Work: After getting the "run around" from several contractors, I called Mark Prevatte. He was extremely honest giving me advice about whether or not it would be feesible to proceed with a remodel given the budget that I had available. He did not try to coerce me into spending more than I had budgeted but suggested options that did not benefit him. It was a breath of fresh air to meet someone in his field that had such integrity. Should I find that I need a contractor in the future, I would definitely contact Mark.

 + 1 moreThe prices was really good. He really does almost all the work himself. He is very thorough and he talks to you to make sure you are getting exactly what you really want. He also knows the best places to get good quality material at good prices. Sometimes he will bring someone in to help him but most of the time its just him.
Description of Work: I use Mark Prevatte for remodeling amd did two porches for me.
