Moodie Design/Build has been working in the area of Green building since the 1970's. We have been incorporating passive solar design into our projects as well as the highest energy saving practices available. We have taken projects from a rough sketch that the client has produced through the design, permiting and construction phases to a finished, high quality home. We also specialize in the restoration and remodeling of older homes, from bathrooms and kitchens,to complete makeovers.
