I am moving to a new home and was looking for a media cabinet for the Great Room. The showroom is crowded with potential pieces but I did not see anything that met my needs. So Jackie, the owner's daughter, helped me sort through some of the leading manufacturer catalogs they have on site. She was more than helpful and kept refining what she showed me based on my reactions to things she found. We found the perfect fit and to say the price they quoted to me was more than competitive would be a gross understatement. I know because I'd been shopping on the internet for similar pieces - I even found the exact one I bought for hundreds more on line after I purchased from Mid-State. I got a great deal on a new bed too. And my parents had the same terrific experience last year with Mid-State. They are so helpful with delivery too. They knew I was in temporary housing waiting for my new place to be ready so they offered to hold my new stuff in their warehouse until the day before the move so I didn't have to "trip over it" until then! The furniture arrived on time as planned and the delivery guys were as good and helpful as the owners. In these times when we are all watching our pennies and seeing services decline - a company like Mid-State should be rewarded! What a find. I could not recommend them more fully.
