They made honest recommendations and talked about replacing my air conditioning unit as it was quite old.  Everything they said made a lot of sense.  After I spoke to them about what I wanted they came when they said they would.  They called me ahead of time to make an appointment which was really considerate.  They performed the work and the upstairs looks beautiful and the downstairs looks equally good.  They did their work very well.  They were very professional and friendly.  Their pricing was a part of the contract I have with them.  I would use them again in the future.

They have been in the area for a long, long time. Everything was excellent. There were absolutely no problems and they did an excellent job. We've used them for 20 years.

They put a huge heating duct hanging from the living room ceiling and the ductwork in the attic was so poorly done that they were twisted and snarled. They also punctured and put holes in the coverings and the ducts. They installed the heating system incorrectly. We had to have all of the work they did redone by another contractor at our expense. It was a terrible experience and their work looked awful.
