He is pricey but does excellent work. His quality of work is excellent but they take other jobs on also. Since we were not living in the home he worked on and lived in a different city I paid him in advance so that he would not have to pay anything out of his own pocket. But I felt that I should not have had to wait on some things that he was working on so I did not think that was right. I feel he put us on the back burner because we were not living in the house he was working on.

They are extremely responsive and very professional. When I call and tell them I have a problem, somebody will call me back the same day or I might hear a knock on the door to say that they have arrived. I cannot compare their pricing as I have no idea what the local prices are but my husband is quite happy with it. I would use them again in the future.
