My house was past due for another coat of paint. The 100 year old cedar shakes were shedding their several layers of paint in spots, and some improperly installed gutter guards caused some rot in parts of the fascia. I live in a 1.5 story house (2400 sq. ft.) with a lot of exterior trim, and my days of getting on a high ladder or roof are behind me.
I received five quotes, and Solorzano Painting was the lowest bidder with a positive reputation. I scheduled the job -- the owner's daughter handles the scheduling and billing -- and the next week their crew arrived on time and got to work. Over three days, they repaired the rotten wood, scraped the peeling paint, spot primed, power washed the entire house, painted the exterior siding and trim, and cleaned up after themselves.
I'm very pleased with the results. Solorzano Painting did a great job at a great price. I will be calling them again the next time I have a painting project.

They were very efficient. They brought in 7 guys and with that many workers they were able to pound it out remarkably fast. All of the trim in our house was a dark wood color and they painted it white (took 3 coats). I'm very pleased with their work and have recently contacted them to do some more interior painting. When I realized there was a spot that only had 2 coats they immediately came back and fixed the issue.

The house was pressure washed, trim on the porch and fence enclosing the back yard repainted. Lorenzo was honest and he and his crew were efficient and did an excellent job. They forgot to paint one small area and when I called, he came the next day. There's little overhead: appointments are made from someone's home (didn't have trouble getting through) and the estimate for the work was verbal rather than written. Didn't receive a receipt for my payment but I'd trust him to return if I weren't satisfied--as indeed he did. I'll call Solorzano to do more painting in the spring--so glad they were recommended on Angie's List.

They arrived at 8 am precisely and got to work. They worked hard, too. We were on a tight schedule and these guys worked late a few days, and also on the weekend. They were very responsive, friendly, and responsible. The work was done with meticulous detail. Very professional all around.
They did a great job of matching old paint: you can't tell which parts on the outside were repaired compared to old ones.
We paid precisely what they quoted us, plus a few items that we requested after the initial quote. I consider the whole price very fair, especially given the high quality. Most outfits are not going to do work anywhere near this good. You get what you pay for plus some.
We strongly recommend Solorzano to anybody.

The quality of their work was excellent. They were professional and left things clean and tidy when they were finished. They didn't drip any paint onto the floors/cabinets etc. They used quality paint, their attention to detail was excellent, and 4 years later things still look freshly painted.
