Interior Design and Decorating
Design was excellent and the people I worked with were delightful BUT renovation of two small bathrooms began in Sept. 2011 and ended in January 2013. Yes, that's right. Renovations fell into THREE calendar years. Delay was partly the result of their subcontractor's sub-par tile work. And although SS was committed to making it right, they were not good at follow through. The tile is still problematic but I can live with it. It was time to bring this project and my relationship with this company to an end.
