Let me start by saying these guys do not do bad work. If you have to deal with the owner at all, good luck! He has very little patience and he does not listen to requests. He is very hard to work with. They are too expensive to have that kind of problem. I don’t mind paying top dollar but some patients would be nice. I am a local contractor and I will not be recommending any of my installation professionals to go to this company again.

Terrific. I was impressed with the owner (initial contact), Jeff (sales/measurement) and the two gentlemen who did the installation today, who by the way had the BEST senses of humor. They installed brand new, beautiful semi-frameless glass in a 20 year old shower. They did a great job, were very professional as well as personable, and it looks perfect. Also, I appreciated Jeff coming to the house twice to make sure measurements were correct. Finally, thanks for working around my travel plans. This work might have been delayed because of a trip, but somehow you managed to push it up the list and it was completed ahead of schedule!

We are very pleased with our experience with Rices Glass. They were prompt and helpful. I visited their showcase to pick out a new shower enclosure, made an appointment and we had a professional install.

I will start with a question: why would anyone go anywhere else to have glass work done? We first came upon Rice Glass when we moved here a few years ago and had them install doors to enclose a bath/shower. When we visited the store to make our selections, we were overwhelmed with the friendly, helpful, no-pressure service. Each and every person working there was good-natured and knew their job. So when the windshield of my 4-week-old car was cracked by a rock, they were the ones we called. I emailed on Sunday evening. At 8:10 the next morning, Ashley called to ask what she could do for me. I explained the situation and she took it from there. She called Honda and ordered the new windshield  (the glass couldn't be found in the area since it is a new model) and had Honda ship the piece  to Rice so it would arrive Tuesday morning.. I took the car in on Tuesday at noon and they set about doing the replacement. Unfortunately, it needed a piece that is a new addition for this model, so Doug at Rice called me right away and explained the situation. (Mind you, this was a short 1-1/2 hours after I took it in.) He had tried to find the part in the area, but, again, it had to come from Honda. He, like Ashley, made sure it would arrive Wednesday morning.He also wanted to make sure the job was done correctly. He said I could pick up the car Tuesday and bring it back or leave it with them.  I left the car with them overnight (they tucked it away inside), and shortly after 11 a.m. Wednesday, Doug called to say the car was ready for pickup. My husband and I are totally impressed. Again, each and every person we saw at the company this time was as gracious as before. All employees take the time to greet the customers. Rice's Glass does extensive glasswork-shower enclosures, mirrors, windows, auto glass, etc. Doing business with them is such an easy and pleasant process. They deserve all the awards Anglie's list gives.

Lane came by to get the details & measurements for an estimate for semi-frameless shower enclosure.  He was very good to work with, and answered our questions.  We were emailed a quote from the office, and we agreed upon the installation.  The order arrived in approx 4 weeks.  We scheduled the  installation and the workers were very clean, efficient, and professional.  I would definitely call on them again for future work!

They replaced 3 panes of fogged glass in 3 sliding glass doors.  They were professional, courteous, neat and thorough.  They knew what they were doing, did it at the quoted price, and cleaned everything up afterwards.  Couldn't ask for better treatment.  Pretty rare nowadays to find this quality of service.
