Although I've used this company before and found them to be excellent, this job was a total failure. They came to my house to view my deck for the purpose of preparing an estimate. I made every possible attempt to reach them for their estimate after the visit - phone call, voice mail, email and online contact submission. I never got a call back after at least 6 attempts to reach them thru phone, email, voicemail and online contact. Not even a call back to tell me they couldn't do the job. I'd never use them again - there are way too many quality companies in the painting space to waste time with one that is non-responsive.

He is scheduled to come to do the work on a house we have in Chapel Hill, but has not done it yet. He was very nice and gave a very thorough estimate. He went around and opened every window. He did a really good job. He spent a lot of time, he spent over an hour. The estimate was free. He was punctual and thorough. Then he sent me an estimate that was detailed so that was good. He has us now on his schedule and he is going to start in a week.

The interior of our new house was painted perfectly and promptly. Some of the work would be very challenging to most artisans, like painting walls of dark cherry wood bookcases white, as well as all dark kitchen cabinets and some shutters. A red brick fireplace was also painted white. The results are incredible! In addition, Hippolito and his crew made shelves, installed hardware and were helpful in a myriad of ways. He always found a solution to any problem. I cannot recommend this business more highly.

Hipolito and his crew are professionals that do fantastic work with an attention to detail that is unmatched in my experience. They are true master painters and I would trust them to do the most meticulous of jobs. They have been at my house twice now, once to paint the master bathroom as part of a remodel, and I just had them back to do the kitchen. I've found my painters, I won't call another crew - they do great work at a fair price.
