Went great. Fitch found the perfect door at a better price than initially expect and had given very good referrals for installation. I will use them again!

Great service, the staff was very helpful and directed me to the correct selection of my lock. Guy in the key section gave me a referral of a good local locksmith who would install the lock and rekey it like my other locks. When I have any hardware or related needs in the future I will come here.

Other businesses we contacted seemed fairly indifferent about handling our business.
Fitch responded promply to our inquiry. Came to the house to measured the windows. Had the right brand and color for our needs. Recommended 3 installers to do the work. Windows delivered today. What's not to like?
