We went in to select our appliances and bath fixtures for our new home. The in-store experience was fine. We initially selected the Bosch line with a KitchenAid stove top for the kitchen and our sales person worked up the estimate. The NEXT DAY we changed to the complete KitchenAid line and the sales person worked up the estimate for that, which we confirmed. She then proceeded to send the wrong dimensions to the cabinet maker who caught it and contacted me and it took me at least two weeks to get her to send the correct ones - she never returned the messages the cabinet guy left. Then, she ordered the Bosch anyway and had it delivered to our house where it didn't fit because the cabinets were made for KitchenAid. Then she finally ordered the correct appliances.
There was a small issue with the flushing mechanisms on the toilets and I left at least 4 messages over 3 weeks to our account manager which were NEVER responded to and I ended up fixing them myself.
