 + -1 moreMY EXPERIENCE WITH ALEX, THE OWNER WAS EXCELLENT FROM START TO FINISH. HE IS AFRICAN AND SOMETIMES HARD TO UNDERSTAND, BUT IT IS WORTH THE EFFORT. HE IS A GENTLEMAN AND AN ETHICAL BUSINESSMAN. IT WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO HIM THAT HIS PEOPLE WERE RESPECTFUL, WHICH THEY WERE. I WILL BE USING ONLY HIM FROM NOW ON.
Description of Work: CARPET REPLACEMENT. HE WENT TO THE CONDO (I WAS NOT THERE) MEASURED THE SPACE, AND SHOWED UP THE MORNING OF INSTALLATION. HIS PEOPLE HAD TO MOVE THE FURNITURE AND INSTALL THE CARPET. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
