The installation and setup were performed in a timely and professional manner. There was an issue with the new Smart Thermostat installed as it would not connect with our android phone, and they promptly switched to a different, more expensive unit, at their own cost. Everything is up an working perfectly. We will be doing all future maintenance and repairs with Boer Brothers, and we highly recommend them.

I've lived in Chapel Hill for more than 20 years, and have worked with 4 different heating and air companies during that time. These guys are by far the best. On the installation, they took their time and did it right. In our OLD unit installed by another company, for example, the drain pipes were just left floating on the attic floor. You might think that's no big deal, but it turned out to be a big deal when an electrical contractor later tripped over them and damaged the pipes, resulting in the AC unit dumping water into the our kids bedroom ceiling. When Boer did the installation of the replacement unit, they secured and sealed everything. The team from Boer Brothers who did our installations were meticulous. Also, when the job required it, they added another air return at no additional cost. Boer replaced our 2nd floor unit last year, and when the 3rd floor heat pump died this summer, they were the only company I considered for the job.

Fixed but problem came back the next day. They immediately came back out and resolved it and charged a reasonable, lower fee that was covered by their guarantee.
