We had our home built by Wells construction corp. they are the most honest, nicest, wonderful people you can ever deal with. The build of our forever home was so painless. They handed everything from start to finish. Our home is so amazing. They use the best sub contractors. They are all great people. From the very first meeting with Kimberly Alan and Dave. Wells Construction offered a very detailed quote on new construction in Carolina Beach. While I chose to buy and existing home, I was very impressed with Well's work ethic and fair approach I intend to use them for a remodel.

Everything went as planned. Workers there every weekend. Home was built by date promised.Mr wells and daughters always available and had great suggestions for changes along the way. This was 1st time we built a house. Would highly recommend for any future work or rennovations!
