All aspects of the job were conducted extremely well and at a very fair price.  I have had many, many paint jobs and I would say without hesitation the work done by the two men involved was the best job I have ever seen and inconvenienced me the least.  The redoing of the bathroom shower stall was a complicated undertaking for a variety of reasons, and was completed in a highly satisfactory manner.

For a fair price relative to other bidders, the contractor did an excellent job, appearing punctually, working professionally, and completing the job competently.  The work took one day more than was estimated and we were given plenty of warning and explanation for the problem encountered.  Work was carefully supervised by the company owner.

It was a fair price. They were very responsive and they did good work.

Work was started on time. Workmen showed up everyday and left the home in clean condition when finished. The job was done in a timely manner.

We contacted Laird in late 2011. Laird dealt with both our condos. One had a 'tenant from h***' scenario. Laird navigated all the clumsy personalities and got the job done exactly as bid and on time. We have used him and his staff for several projects and unconditionally recommend him and his company now. They will continue to be our first call when our predictable and unexpected needs arise.

This company is really easy to work with. They picked up all the materials for the job, removed all the debris. The men on the job were respectful and didn't need micromanaging. All I did was pay, and approve the choices of the new installs. Would recommend to my mom as the best company for trustworthiness and reliability. Did I mention they also took my credit card over the phone as I live in a different city. Awesome!
