My air conditioner died Friday evening of Labor Day weekend. The problem proved difficult to diagnose, an intermittent issue. They responded promptly the next day, and every day until it was fixed on Tuesday. Air handler motor on its last leg finally died. They stuck with it over the holiday weekend. They were prompt, polite, and determined to get it going. They went way beyond what I expected over a holiday weekend.

Professional, punctual, top notch both techs and office personnel.

It went great. Roger worked us into his schedule. He came promptly and completed all work. His price was exactly what he told us it would be. Now our system is up to code and will work efficiently.

They were very honest and fair. They were prompt for the appointment.

I have used them several times over the last ten years. They are good and that is why I keep using them. They installed the system when the house was built. Their prices are reasonable. I will use them again.

Their service was rather unusual. They had a really hard time getting the furnace into the closet. They had not taken measurements previously and they kind of crammed it in there.

One man, very friendly, arrived and worked for a while, then called for an additional worker to assist him in locating the problem. The issue was not resolved when they said it was, and a different individual arrived the following week, who, it appears, finally solved the problem. The bill was high, even though my unit was still under warranty.
