I would advise anyone to find another provider. Without getting too detailed, I should have known it wouldn't go well when the man delivering the pool equipment advised us to go with another provider.  Our pool has never worked correctly since the very first day. Multiple attempts have been made to correct myriad of problems with no luck. Pool cleaning was okay, Our pool doesn't get very dirty because there aren't very many trees but they would charge us an arm and a leg for cleaning it when their pool cleaner would basically sit in our lounge chairs for 15 minutes on his phone. After a major problem with our heater, Jeff came out and of course did not fix anything but charged us. I finally had 2 other well know companies out and fixed the problem immediately all the while telling us all the things that were done wrong by Jeff. Jeff is a nice enough guy, however his wife is not and always acted as if we were a huge inconvenience. She is very unprofessional.
