 + 0 moreI would advise anyone to find another provider. Without getting too detailed, I should have known it wouldn't go well when the man delivering the pool equipment advised us to go with another provider. Our pool has never worked correctly since the very first day. Multiple attempts have been made to correct myriad of problems with no luck. Pool cleaning was okay, Our pool doesn't get very dirty because there aren't very many trees but they would charge us an arm and a leg for cleaning it when their pool cleaner would basically sit in our lounge chairs for 15 minutes on his phone. After a major problem with our heater, Jeff came out and of course did not fix anything but charged us. I finally had 2 other well know companies out and fixed the problem immediately all the while telling us all the things that were done wrong by Jeff. Jeff is a nice enough guy, however his wife is not and always acted as if we were a huge inconvenience. She is very unprofessional.

 + 0 moreAs far as I interacted with him, I felt Jeff was knowledgeable and answered all my queries. He is a very friendly guy and provided me a detailed report right from the plumbing materials to be used, the hardware etc. He was very responsive and very professional.
Description of Work: They came over to inspect the pool and gave me a report. The work is not done yet.

Description of Work: Jeff Wilborn and his crews have been servicing my pool for more than 15 years. They do a fantastic job. If I have any questions or problems they are resolved very quickly. I would highly recommend this company.

JEFF'S POOL & SPA, INC offers the following services: We provide weekly pool cleaning and full service, including chemical balance for inground pools only. We also do all pool and equipment repairs including salt cells. We do written pool inspections for buyers. As time allows, we clear green pools; cover and uncover as well.
No spa repairs except for our regular customers. We are referring all liner replacements to another company in the area. We do not install pools but do work with a local builder as his main sub. No commercial work except for repairs.
