He started the gate on Thurs; but didn't actually do the yard until Mon. When he finally started the yard, the work was excellent and I would definitely use him again. It was worth the wait. He was easy to work with and went that extra mile that is hard to find, especially at that price. When I called him again to work on my yard, after I had bushes removed and gate completed so he could mow more quickly, he would not return any calls at all. He was unprofessional in that I deserved a reply even if it was to refuse my business and suggest another company. He never informed me after the first visit that he would not come again at any cost or return my calls even if the price were to increase.
