During the Oct-Nov 2013 period we had just 1 viewing- very disappointing.On 12/1/13, We both agreed to take 60 days off market during which Justin would stay in touch and create new info & video for relisting which we agreed would happen 2/15/14. Have emails where this is well documented and agreed to. From that point on I heard nothing from Justin and finally contacted him on 2/24/14. Found out he had done nothing promised and therefore I requested we terminate listing agreement .His response was pay him $500 to get out.
I would advise potential client he does not do what he promises once an agreement is signed.
