If I could give zero stars I would. Millicent is dismissive, rude, belittling, curt and overall awful. She behaved so terribly when I went in to the office (to drop off paperwork asking for a quote on a septic system and dirt) that I called her out for her lack of customer service as the face of LB Page. She called me after I left the office to apologize for her dismissive and rude tone with me. Fast forward several weeks later and they never even bothered to give me a quote. Clearly this is the place to go if you want to be treated like the dirt they sell. Steer clear and head to Sun Land instead where they understand it's a service industry. Absolutely disgraceful.
