He and his family run business is really nice. His wife checks in weekly to check in and gives budget updates, their quality of work is amazing and if any issues arise they communicate and fix it.

Professional, Personable and Precise: Banks Builders provided us with exceptional quality of construction. As contractors they were timely in response and all phases of the construction process. As people they were delightful to work with! *Job site was tidy at the end of each day. Appreciated the level of communication and clarity they provided with the inevitable change orders and ability to flex in the field when needed. This is my dream home so I don't plan on building another beach house anytime soon but if I do ...won't hesitate to hire them again!
