He made sure he took down the gutters instead of ripping them off. He took off the light fixtures instead of tearing those down, as well. He painted anything that needed to be redone. He was very upfront with the pricing. He made sure I knew he wasn't going to be the cheapest, but he let me know everything he would be doing.
