On time! On target! Fulfilled every expectation, showed up as promised, quote was extremely accurate! Installed an on-demand propane fired water heater and I couldn’t be happier! If you need a gas plumber you will only need Randy’s, extremely professional!

Had an issue with the pilot light that was replaced 10 years ago which I believe was Randy. 10 years later I need to get it replaced again. I've had this book stove for 20 years so getting 10 years out of it was pretty good. Randy did an excellent job and his skill and also a pleasure to talk to you. I would definitely recommend him for all gas services that he provides

Randy’s Gas Service was recommended to us to run the gas line for a back-up generator installation. Randy came out very quickly and provided us with an estimate as well as a wealth of information. His intricate knowledge of code requirements was extremely impressive and his suggestions and recommendations to improve safety were very much appreciated. His honesty and integrity are impeccable and his unapologetic admission that he could not compete with local gas companies’ was well-received as we considered his diligence and attention to detail more than compensated for the slight difference. This is plainly a professional that cares about his customer, his work and his reputation. The project was completed on time and was clearly performed by a true craftsman. Pride in his work was evident in every detail and made a very neat and tidy presentation. To take things one step further, while Randy was here the company installing the generator was unable to set up the propane gas tank’s wi-fi monitor because a specific gage was required that they did not have and were unable to obtain. Randy stepped up and offered to order the part for us and had it shipped directly. In our very enjoyable conversations with him, before and after, he also offered his assistance any time we needed a recommendation for any other local services. Again, just another example of his caring and desire to help. There is no question that we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest and conscientious craftsman that is generous of spirit and a pleasure to know.

Randy arrived exactly when he said he would to inspect our gas log  system.  Our system had not been used in over 8 years and we were worried it wasn't safe.  He confirmed the lines were good, no leaks and carefully showed me how to ignite and turn off the logs safely.

This is the 2nd time we have used Randy.  He was punctual, very conscientious and left a clean work area when he was through.  He did not push for extra repair service; he actually talked me out of replacing a pilot.  Very knowledgeable.

Randy spent almost 2 hours working on our fireplace.  He tauht us how to turn off and on our pilot light and how to clean/maintain our fireplace.  He was very knowledgable and professional.  He look at our tankless water heater and made suggestions as to good maintainance of the water heater. Randy also inspected our gas line and suggested that we have an electrician bond (ground) the exposed line.
