Update August 2025- We finally got the problem on our septic fixed. They have a new office manager and she’s fantastic!!! I would have had a whole different experience and review if she had been running the show from the beginning. She had me setup with automatic notifications of when people were supposed to come and then they came when they said and replaced the line that kept breaking. Thank you Shayla for helping us finally get this resolved! Update July 2025- I’m still paying for having hired these guys! Turns out they never switched our new septic from our old septic when they finished in 2024. One of the guys that works for me figured that out and switched it over and within months it was leaking into my yard. Tooks us months of phone calls to get them to fix it. A few months later it broke again (March 2025 I believe). It’s now July 2025 and they still haven’t fixed it. I’ve had septic leaking into my yard next to my pond. We moved it back to the old system again. I’ve texted him and his son so many times and they say they’ll come and they don’t and they don’t return messages. Again- I’ve never experienced anything like these guys. They don’t stand by their work and where my system has had less than a year of use and broken twice and most of the months it’s been switched to the old system I’m super worried about the future of this system. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I wish I would have been warned about these guys before I used them. We hired Shay’s company to do our septic system a year ago! They were more expensive but said they could be done in 6-8 weeks. They literally took one year to complete our septic project! I sent dozens of emails and unanswered calls. We paid them almost everything before completion so we had no leverage. They knocked down trees we had planted and said they’d replant them and never did. We’ve done a lot of construction in our life and have never worked with a company like this. Nice guys but unacceptable to promise one thing and then ghost people and not do what you said you’d do. I just want people to be warned before hiring these guys about our experience.

It was a pleasure dealing with Lance Professional Septic for a septic inspection and clean out for a home we were under contract to purchase. They were available on short notice and even accommodated an appointment change for us. They communicated timely and showed up as scheduled. The automated payment and texts were a plus. Highly recommend!
