I do not due reviews. However, my husband and I were very impressed and happy with Julian. This day and age it's hard to find someone who is willing to come out and give you an estimate . Julian was very prompt in returning my call. He even had an opening and came today to fix two pocket doors off its track and an accordion folding doors. He was very knowledgeable, professional and hardworking. Also, very reasonable too. I like his work so much, he is coming back to fix my fence and outdoor steps. Joy C

We were beyond extremely satisfied with the professional workmanship Dean Building & Contracting did for us. We were so pleased with Julians' attention to detail performance on the privacy fence. He even added a special feature to the top of the fence showing the overall appearance to be visually remarkable & so very pleasing to us. Both individuals with whom I worked, Julian and Eve, were personable, professional, and friendly. Julianâ s carpentry was outstanding. He is a perfectionist. My husband and I have had many carpenters do work for us over the years. Julian is by far the best we have hired.
