Robert Mackey Electric

We own 4 houses and have used Robert Mackey on a number of occasions now for small jobs/ repairs. He's super friendly and pleasant to work with, he shows up when he says he will and does a great job. We're so happy to have an electrician who responds to our requests in a timely manner is skilled at what he does and does it for a reasonable price.

Mr. Mackey was responsive, professional and did a top-notch job on short notice. I would hire him again in a heartbeat (and I am really picky).

He's very nice. He was able to scrap some parts from an old lighting fixture to rehabilitate the one I needed fixed. He's fabulous. Super good.

I replaced my dishwasher and garbage disposal. Robert recommended an air switch to turn the disposal on and off which solved the problem of the old, very inconvenient switch. He replaced all the old wiring and installed a socket for the new appliances. All the work was done quickly and efficiently.

Angie's List is really rather annoying. It is like you work for them, but you have to pay them to be a member. I think you can imagine what goes into wiring a house that was built from the ground up. The electrician has to help you decide what goes where in terms of fixtures and outlets, and he or she has to know their stuff of course, so you can get your approvals from the government so you can occupy your new house! It all went perfectly well. Very Professional. We have had additional work done and Mr. Mackey has been very prompt and receptive about coming out for tweeks and additions. He seems to be quite reasonable in what he charges. One should not go with the cheap guy for ones wiring after all. By the way, I made up a number for what we spent because that is not for public consumption, in my humble opinion.

Over all it went very well-- He recognized the problem and replaced the defective part and now we have a light in the hallway that had been out for some time.We have used this guy before and have always been very satisfied with the quality of work and the price.
