Our choice of Mueller Environmental for mold remediation was based upon positive Angie's List reviews and the overall impression of John Mueller's knowledge, honesty and his thorough inspection of our mold problem.  We began with extremely high counts of Penicillium Aspergillus...counts in excess of 27,000 and 52,000 in two different areas of a condominium that had been unoccupied for eight years.  John's extensive knowledge of mold issues was exceedingly helpful throughout the remediation process.  He was easily reached for questions throughout the process.  He arrived to begin the work as promised and completed the remediation work in a timely manner.  John and his team were able to get the spore counts down to very low levels.  Our condominium is now safe for occupancy...a big thanks to Mueller Environmental.

After we had an outside drain and waterproofing done to treat a long-standing water infiltration problem along a below grade wall, we wanted to eliminate any mold that might be present.
John Mueller did a comprehensive evaluation and performed remediation that included removing and disposal of wall covering materials, insulation and wall framing.
The process- which is very involved- took a few days.
The cleanup was complete.
John made some recommendations for replacing the wall covering, and for dealing with high humidity that is often present in the basement of a mountain house.

The inspection went very smoothly. Mr. Mueller was prompt in his response to our initial email and was able to make it to the property the following day. Very informative and easy to work with.

The inspection went extremely well.

He inspected a basement and full mould. He took air samples that he sent off to certified lab. Then he contacted me to provide an estimate of what needs to be done. He completely took down the walls that were up. He put air duct purifiers in the place for several days. Then he treated the area. He took more air samples. We felt that was within the normal range. He provided information in the form of certified papers so that I could have it to fall back on because we might sell this house in the future. He was very punctual. He did an excellent work. He was cleaned up and everything was very clean when he left. He explained to me in details what's he going to do. He kept in contact with me throughout the project. I would highly recommand him to anybody who has any kind of mould problem in their house. I think the price was fair.
