The owner of the company set a time, arrived right on time. Explained the testing procedure and the results. Did not pressure us to purchase the system, and allowed us ample time to make the decision to have the system installed. Again, arrived right on time. Worked very quickly. Very respectful, very thorough, and installed the system quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company to anyone needing these services.
Description of Work: I requested for my home to be tested for radon. The owner came and placed the testing unit for the three day testing period. After the testing period, he removed the testing unit and showed us the results and explained the results to us. After I called and requested the unit be installed, he came and installed the actual mitigation system and placed another testing unit in place to make certain the system was working properly. After a 3 day period, he came back and collected the testing unit and the results. He did not request any payment for services or the system until after explaining the results to us, and showing us that the system was working properly. He also explained how to monitor the unit periodically to make certain it was still working properly.
