K & L Hardwood is a locally owned by Kip Klingsheim and Leo Esp. Having been in business going on 3 years, and a combined work history of 15 yrs. of experience, we are building a reputation for not only honest and quality work but for our product knowledge and customer service. We work with great products and people ensuring our customer's satisfaction. As of current, we require that all homeowners who hire K&L to perform flooring services for them to pay a $50.00 estimate charge that will be applied to job total and deducted at end of the job. Also they shall be required to pay a 25% deposit one week prior to job start date. Final payment shall be paid upon completion of job. As of current, all home builders who hire K&L to perform flooring services for shall be required to purchase the flooring product once an email with details of sq. ft./ trim needed, etc. is sent and received. No deposit is required and K&L will provide underlayment and nails for install. If floor prep is needed, a separate charge will be added and materials will be provided by and (reimbursed for) K&L. Final payment for install is required within and no later than 15 days after completion if install. Final payment for the sanding and coating of floor also to be paid within and no later than 15 days after the final coat. Soon to come we will offer turn key options to all home builders! Email.
