Description of Work: The man showed up after being told it wasn't convenient because he was in the area instead of when I'd requested him to. I was told to contact my insurance company about repairing my roof. He was abrupt and dismissive. Twenty years in the military and I've never been treated as such. If he had a problem with my permanent suntan he should have still been professional about business.

Description of Work: I took an Angie's List deal with this roofer for roof inspection and minor repair in 6 weeks ago, providing dates we could schedule as requested. Heard back once, email for my phone number. I have not heard from the company since. I'm sure they are swamped, but their lack of any follow-up whatsoever makes me believe this is an inferior company. I have not reviewed performance because no service has been performed yet. Still waiting

 + -1 moreUsed him many times with good results. The work was done well with the only exception, there was as slight buckling from the aluminum. The main purpose was to prevent further decomposition of the wood and the cosmetics were of lesser importance. I used this company before and have always been pleased. They refinished a 4000 sq ft roof on the same building several years back

 + -1 moreRoger and his crew were very responsive when I approached them in the nieghborhood working on another house and asked for an estimate, They took the time to climb up on a steep roof and measure everything allowing for a close estimate. The estimate was lower than 2 others when considering all he was doing and upgraded shingles. They completed a full roof replacement in 2 days. Real friendly guys and they worked hard and did quality work. Their trucks leaked a little oil on the driveway but they tried to clean everything up. Roger always returned my calls and communicated progress. He came back and did some additional work that was not in the original estimate and only charged for materials. I would not hesitate to recommend.
Description of Work: aremove and replaced shingles - entire house. Replaced all vent boots and ridge vents.
