We called Darrell (on the recommendation of our contractor) and made an appointment with him to come look at our house for an estimate on air conditioning work (split unit). On the appointed day and time we were waiting for him. And waiting. He never showed up. He also did not call, either beforehand to warn us, or afterwards to explain/apologize. This is the full extent of our dealings with this company -- past and future.

Darryl and the rest of the gang at Air Excellence (Shane, Rob, Brian, Chris and Brandon) were an amazing crew. They reviewed options with me, provided a VERY competitive estimate, took the time to happily answer my many questions, were timely and tidy with the installation and even helped me to complete and submit the rebate forms. The installation was completed in one day and they cleaned up after themselves and removed the packing materials. My experience over the years has been that they are an ethical, responsive and friendly crew. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend them.

This was the second time we have used Air Excellence. First time was 11 years ago for a second unit for other side of house. Not one time in 11 years have we had a problem. I did get 3 estimates before replacing this new bigger unit and the cost was a good bit less. To the tune of a 1,200 dollar difference from the highest bid from Gentrys. We got a 15 seer/ 3 ton system and replaced both the interior and exterior units. They took away the old stuff and the new one works like a charm. They even registered my new system online for me. Most importantly they showed up on time and worked all day till the job was done. Call for an estimate. I bet you will end up using them!

A total bust. Company not reliable. Not only did the tech no show up on the scheduled date but the office staff was obviously unconcerned because when I called them to complain that their tech was late, they were most unconcerned and did not seem to care that they had lost my business.

I felt that the price was good. They were excellent. My interaction with them went fairly well. There were a couple of issues, but they took care of it very well. They did what I had asked them to do. They did a good job. I liked their quick response. They took care of the whole project and got it done. I would recommend them to others. The guys who came out were young men and they need to work on their professionalism a little bit. I would use their services in the future too.
