They showed up right on time and were very professional. The carpets were cleaned in a reasonable amount of time. They were not super-saturated so they dried quickly. The moved whatever furniture needed to be moved and left little pads under the legs. Very happy with the results. They also gave an estimate for tile & grout cleaning. I will have to do some comparables; it was higher than I wanted at this time (although there is a large area to be cleaned).

Up, Down and then up again. Contact with Tonya was very good initially. However, there was a huge misunderstanding on the cleaning. I was not here when Tonya quoted the job nor was I here when the furniture was cleaned. However, the person who was here indicated it did not look very good when they were finished. She said it would look better when dry and commented on how dirty it was. Note, this is a house in which there are dogs and had been lots of construction dust and an white/tannish sofa! Long story short, they felt they'd done a good job; I felt that had not and as we discussed the situation found several mutual misunderstandings regarding expectations. My furniture was very dirty and had not been cleaned in 9 years. Nobody was happy -- me nor them. What turned this around for me is that the business partner called me back, apologized, listened again to what I had to say and then offered to come back out to clean the furniture again to see if it could be improved. They kept their commitment and did so and the improvement was remarkable. To be fair to them, the first pass could not have done what I'd expected it to. That might have been explained to me up front, but given that I'd had no experience with having furniture cleaned and they have lots of experience, they may not have anticipated my expectations. So, given their willingness to make a misunderstanding right, to apologize (no one does that anymore!) and make the work right makes the a credible service I would contract with again in the future.

I called for an appointment and also asked them to describe the cleaning methods which they did very well. Got an appointment within a week. It was bad weather that day, so they were a little late but they called 2 times to make us aware. Cleaned 3 carpets within 2 hours and did a great job. Price was VERY good. Carpets dried by evening.

They were great. I had left a message and they called back right away, gave me a quote over the phone and were easy to deal with. The morning they were scheduled, he called to let me know they would be 10 minutes late. They were polite and efficient and good. Only slight thing - they said it would all be dry in 2 hours, but it took probably 5 hours to be totally dry.

Overall I'm very pleased with the way this company responded to my questions. The cleaners were courteous and professional. They were intent on doing a good job.

Our electricity went out the morning they were scheduled to do the job. Instead of putting us off until next week, etc., they went out of their way to work us in during the afternoon after the electricity came back on. They did a good job, was our first experience with the "dry" cleaning method. Dries very quickly, no odor, and the carpeting looks like new.
