BILLY'S AUTOMOTIVE

The body shop man took the door panel off and tried to repair the existing window mechanism (I had to put the palm of my hand against the glass while the motor was working to get the window up, and it was slightly askew, unless I straightened it out). He finally determined that the gizmo (forget the name) needed to be replaced, so we ordered one from the Buick place and a couple of days later, I came back out and he put the new one in. I've been having work done at Billy's for almost 20 years, as his shop is close to the school I used to teach in. I taught 2 of his kids, am now retired, and over the years they have done just about anything you can think of to my cars, including switching engines and transmissions. They always look for the best parts and do an outstanding job mechanically!
