+ -1 moreNone of the work was even began. We contracted L & L Waterfront Construction (Mr. Leary) to build a new bulkhead and pier. After almost a year of dealing with trying to get him to begin the job, to get permits etc. he stopped returning calls. None of the work was begun. We got the permits and all necessary documents to begin the job. After one last attempt in March 2012 to get him to begin work, we decided to hire another contractor. This process was over a period of one year and nothing. I would not recommend L. & L or Mr.Leary to do any work.
Description of Work: No services were performed. No permit were obtained.
