The roof was installed the end of year 2009. The photos of the roof after installation made the roof look nice but little did I know that the roof had no way been installed correctly. I have had leak problem from the first year to the present, each and every year.

I do not believe that he had ever installed a commercial rubber flat roof prior to my installation. The photos after the installation made the roof look pretty but come to find the roof was not installed correctly, coming apart at the seams and tearing. Leaks began within the first year of installation. I would not EVER recommend this company to install a commercial style roof.

lMr. Staples gave us his job quote, which was the best price among three other estimates. Then the next day, called to see if we were going to hire him. We confirmed that we would. He started the job later that same day, and finished it up the next day. Everything went well, and his crew cleaned the area well.

Mr. Staples did an outstanding job all around with our roofing replacement project. They were careful, deliberate, and professional.  Quality of work is excellent with no wasted materials.  The old roofing was stripped to the decking and they made sure unsuitable decking was addressed and all decking was nailed properly before continuing with underlayment.  They also did an excellent job with cleanup.  If you need roofing replaced anywhere near Elizabeth City, NC you should contact Garland Staples first.
