septic tank
 + -1 morePerfect. He cleaned up all the tree roots, installed my new system perfectly, and left my place functioning at 100%. Mike was professional, courteous, even fun to talk to. The way he operated that backhoe....I think he could strike a match with it. Hands down....I would never call anyone else, and I can't say enough good things about him. THANKS, MIKE!!!! GREAT JOB.
Description of Work: After a two week wait for a competitor, (Wade Tillett Septic)...I had to call someone else. Mr. Francis was referred to me by Albemarle Septic Services (who had done an excellent job for me in getting me going again!) and I called. He was in touch within minutes, and on the scene in less than ONE HOUR!!!! He very carefully made sure that I actually needed his help, and showed me why I really did! Tree roots had totally clogged my septic system. Before the end of the same day, the Health Department permit had been issued. He told me he was really backed up, but would get to me as soon as possible....but certainly no later than the following Friday. He arrived TWO DAYS EARLY, and by the end of the first day there, the job was essentially finished.
