Auto Inspections
I set an appointment for NC tag inspection. They immediately honored the time when I went for the appointment. My car FAILED inspection due to the third break light not working. The service manager Patrick called Toyota and have me my two options of:1. Have part sent to Car City and having it installed next day.2. Pick up part at Toyota Dealership.
I chose to pick the part up due to my going out of town and needed to get tags current. I set the appointment and again they honored the time and I was completed within 20 minutes. I also had a "DING" where someone hit my car in the parking lot of my condo and he suggested to have it "pulled out" without requiring painting etc. I checked the price with the "Dealership" and theres was lower.
I did not purchase a car from there because I have only owned new vehicles so I am only speaking of the Service department.
Much of my vacation was spent a Dr offices and regular maintenance of self and property. It is very time consuming. Service Manager Patrick stated to me that local neighborhoods like Crow Creek, Carolina Shores, and Brunswick Plantation can have free shuttle service if the car needs extended repairs. I LIKE THAT plus it is just a walk through the trail of our gold corse to my house.
This is VERY VERY VERY good to have this so close. I feel that the prices were great. The installation of the break light was $30 and check the dealership prices.
I would suggest that you talk to the Service Manager Patrick. H gives great customer service as well as seems to be a professional guy that knows a lot about cars.
